Trial Lessons: Your First Step
A trial lesson is a perfect opportunity to meet our coach and experience our teaching format. This is a one-time offer available exclusively to new students. Since we reserve a specific spot for you, payments for trial lessons are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. However, we offer flexibility in case of unexpected emergencies (provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance):
Vocals (Individual, 30 €)
If you provide timely notice, your payment will be held as a deposit, and we will reschedule your trial lesson to a different day and time (one-time rescheduling only).
Acting (Group, 15 €)
If you are unable to attend and notify us 24 hours in advance, you may apply your payment to join the same group the following week (one-time rescheduling only).
Late Cancellations (For Both Programs)
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or fail to show up, your payment will be fully forfeited.

Vocals: Private Lesson Packages
Fixed Schedule: Your package guarantees reserved days and times dedicated exclusively to your personal development.
Limited Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. Provided you notify us at least 24 hours, in advance, you are entitled to:
"Hobby" Package (4 lessons): maximum maximum of 1 reschedule per month.
"Progress" Package (8 lessons): maximum of 2 reschedules per month.
What if you provide late notice? Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be rescheduled, and the lesson is forfeited. However, for private lessons, you can use the "Transfer to a Friend" option instead of losing your lesson!
Acting: Group Memberships
Your Spot in the Group: By purchasing a membership (whether "Basic" or "Intensive"*), you are reserving a fixed spot in the group for the entire month.
No Rescheduling for Absences: Since the group operates on a set schedule regardless of individual attendance, any classes you miss (due to illness, vacation, etc.) cannot be rescheduled or refunded..
"Transfer to a Friend" Bonus: If you know for sure that you will miss a class, you can gift your paid spot for that day to a friend or family member! Just let us know in advance.
